3hp Chiller
3hp chiller has a low pressure fault alarm, the reason is inseparable from the compressor, because when the compressor pressure is too low, a low pressure fault alarm will appear. The normal pressure of the compressor is 0.4~0.6MPa. When it is lower than 0.2MPa, the cooling capacity will not meet the requirements, resulting in a 3hp chiller power loss.
Pay attention to the following 6 points to solve the low pressure alarm of 3hp chiller:
1. The temperature of the cooling water is too low, and the cooling water runs at a low temperature, which can easily cause low-voltage failure. At this time, close the throttling device and lower the water temperature.
2. Check whether there is blockage. If the evaporator and pipeline are blocked, it will cause a low pressure fault alarm. Repeated cleaning of the evaporator and pipes can solve these problems.
3. Regularly check the refrigerant or check whether it is insufficient or leaking.
4. Check the low-voltage protection relay for short circuit, poor contact, communication failure, etc.
5. Check whether the expansion valve is too small. If the expansion valve is too small, sufficient and excessive refrigerant will cause the expansion valve to block, and cause a low-pressure failure alarm of the screw chiller.
6. Check whether there is air or water shortage in the 3hp chiller. These two situations will cause insufficient refrigerant water flow, thus failing to meet the cooling requirements and resulting in power loss.
