Distillation low-temperature chiller refers to a type of chemical unit that utilizes the different volatilization properties of each component in a liquid mixture to achieve relative separation of components through partial vaporization or partial condensation. Distillation is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries, such as: atmospheric and vacuum distillation in petroleum refining, purification of basic organic chemical products, refining of fine chemical products, solvent recovery in chemical pharmaceutical processes, air separation, etc.
During the product distillation process, the temperature in the reactor needs to be controlled within a lower range to promote the reaction. The low-temperature chiller can provide the required low-temperature environment for the reactor to achieve an efficient reaction process. At the same time, since the low-temperature environment can reduce reaction by-products and adverse reactions, the purity and yield of the distillation product can be improved.

2. Advanced control technology: Microcomputer version of the controller is used to achieve fully automatic intelligent control. The system water temperature, water flow, and fault signal alarms are directly displayed. Multiple precisions can be selected (±0.1℃, ±0.5℃, etc.).
3. The chiller control system adopts international brands and selects various hardware and software to accurately control the water temperature in real time. Equipped with a large display screen, the operation is intuitive and simple, and the data records are complete for easy review.
4. Select international famous brand compressors such as American Copeland, which have the advantages of stable performance, high efficiency, low noise, energy saving, and easy maintenance. The unit is designed for 24-hour continuous operation and is easy to install and maintain.
5. Multiple protection functions: over-temperature protection, current protection, water flow alarm, water level alarm, pressure alarm, missing item protection, reverse phase protection, motor overload, etc.
6. It can accept customer’s non-standard production, including instrument size, flow rate, temperature control accuracy, pressure, etc. It can be equipped with RS485 (CAN or Ethernet) communication interface and provides communication protocol.
