Overview of hydraulic chiller
The hydraulic chiller is a refrigeration equipment that rapidly cools down through circulating liquid, thereby improving production efficiency. The liquid flows through the evaporator of the tank cooler, bringing the liquid to the desired temperature. Features of hydraulic chiller:
1. The special water chiller for hydraulic machine tools sucks in cold air by itself and discharges hot air. It does not need an external cooling tower for heat dissipation, so it is easy to install and move. The main engine adopts imported brand compressor with built-in safety protection, reliable operation, high efficiency, low noise, power saving and durability, and long service life.
2. The microcomputer intelligent temperature controller adopts high-precision digital display and can accurately control the water temperature with an accuracy of ±0.5°C. The number is adjustable and can be set arbitrarily.
3. Equipped with an open stainless steel thick insulation box, built-in automatic water replenishment and automatic temperature control.
4. The condenser of the chiller adopts the casing type, and the inner threaded copper tube is set, with reasonable design and high heat exchange efficiency.
5. The heat dissipation and cold row of the air-cooled unit are arranged by rows of tubes on the top of the warp. During the manufacture, the mechanical tube expansion process of the second flanging warp and the production line of the heat exchanger are used to ensure high quality and high efficiency.
