Thermostat chiller, also known as industrial chiller or thermostatic controller, is a heat exchange device specially used to cool heat source equipment, air, water or other liquids.
It consists of a compressor, a condenser and an expansion valve. The refrigerant absorbs the heat in the heated working fluid in the evaporator and evaporates into a gaseous state; the gaseous vapor is compressed by the compressor and becomes a gas with a higher pressure and is discharged; then it enters the condensation state. After the device releases heat, it becomes a liquid at low temperature and high pressure. This cyclic process operates over and over again to transfer heat from high-temperature objects to low-temperature objects.
