Air Cooled Chilled Water System
The air cooled chilled water system includes the chiller body, water tank and temperature controller. There are two air outlets on the top of the chiller, and a push-pull electric control box is installed on the upper front of the chiller. The door of the electric control box is equipped with a temperature control box. There are two control buttons on one side of the temperature controller. The water tank is located at the inner bottom of the air cooled chilled water system. There is a water level gauge outside the water tank. There is a water injection port on the upper side of the water tank and a water outlet on the lower side of the water tank. .
A protective cover is fixedly arranged on the two air outlets, and a fan is installed inside the protective cover. A temperature detector is arranged on the inner top of the water tank, and a power socket is arranged on the outer side of the water tank. The temperature detector is electrically connected to the temperature controller, and the temperature controller is provided with a temperature display screen and a temperature adjustment button. The top of the air cooled chilled water system is screwed with four hoisting rings, and there is an air inlet on one side of the chiller, and a filter is installed on the air inlet. The lower part of the electric control box is provided with two pressure gauges, and the two pressure gauges are respectively a high pressure gauge and a low pressure gauge. The two control buttons are the start button and the emergency stop button.
Compared with the existing technology, the advantage of the new air cooled chilled water system is that it uses a fan to cool down, which has low cost of use and good cooling effect. The temperature inside the water tank can be controlled through the temperature controller, and the control accuracy is high. , good stability, simple operation, convenient hoisting, saving manpower.
