Introduction of air cooled chiller
Air cooled chiller is a type of water chiller. It cools normal temperature water to a certain temperature through the compressor of the chiller to strengthen the cooling of the mold or machine. It is used as a stand-alone machine. The heat dissipation device is a built-in fan. There are three main interconnected ones. System: refrigerant circulation system, water circulation system, electrical automatic control system.
Refrigerant circulation system: The liquid refrigerant in the evaporator absorbs heat from the water and begins to evaporate. Eventually, a certain temperature difference is formed between the refrigerant and the water. The liquid refrigerant also completely evaporates into a gaseous state, and is then sucked and compressed by the compressor. (pressure and temperature increase), the gaseous refrigerant absorbs heat through the condenser and condenses into a liquid. After being throttled by the expansion valve (or capillary tube), it becomes low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant and enters the evaporator to complete the refrigerant cycle process.
Water circulation system: The water pump is responsible for pumping water from the water tank to the equipment that the user needs to cool. The chilled water takes away the heat and the temperature rises, and then returns to the chilled water tank.
Electrical automatic control system: including power supply part and automatic control part. The power supply part supplies power to compressors, fans, water pumps, etc. through contactors. The automatic control part includes thermostat, pressure protection, delayer, relay, overload protection, etc., which are combined to achieve automatic start-stop, protection and other functions based on the water temperature.
Features of air cooled chiller
The air cooled chiller uses air cooling, which eliminates the need for cooling towers, cooling water pumps and pipeline systems that are essential for cooling water systems. It avoids condenser scaling and water pipe blockage in areas with poor water quality. It also saves water resources and is the best cooling solution. Among cooling products, it is the most economical and simple model to maintain.
The air cooled chiller is noisier and larger than the water-cooled chiller and can only be installed outdoors. Water cooling units are mostly installed in basements.

1. The compressor of the unit adopts a scroll-type fully sealed compressor and electronic control components, and is equipped with a condenser and evaporator made of high-quality copper tubes with high heat exchange efficiency;

Convenient for energy adjustment and more energy-saving under partial load;
4. The whole machine has a box-type casing structure, beautiful appearance and compact structure. The operation of the unit can be checked at any time; the unit can have its own water tank and circulating water pump according to the cooling capacity, without the need for cooling towers and cooling water pumps, making installation and maintenance simple and convenient.

1. The chiller is used to cool the molds of plastic processing machinery. It can greatly improve the surface finish of plastic products, reduce the surface marks and internal stress of plastic products, prevent the products from shrinking or deforming, facilitate the demoulding of plastic products, and accelerate product finalization. This greatly improves the production efficiency of the plastic molding machine.
