How does air cooled chiller refrigeration unit work?
The working principle of air-cooled chillers is based on the refrigeration cycle. It consists of a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve and an evaporator. First, the compressor sucks in low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant, and then increases its temperature and pressure through compression. Then, the refrigerant enters the condenser and dissipates heat under forced convection with the outside air through the fan, causing the refrigerant to cool and condense into a liquid. Then, the liquid refrigerant is decompressed through the expansion valve, enters the evaporator, absorbs heat and evaporates into gas. Finally, the refrigerant enters the compressor again and the cycle repeats itself.
