A chilled water circulator is a device used to circulate and pressurize cooling water in industrial equipment. Its main function is to return the used cooling water back to the equipment so as to achieve the purpose of recycling and improve the efficiency of equipment cooling.
How does the chilled water circulator work?
The working principle of the chilled water circulator is to recycle the used cooling water from the equipment to the circulator through the drive of the motor. The circulator filters and purifies the recovered cooling water to remove contaminants, and then sends the cleaned cooling water back to the equipment through a pump for recycling.
The working process of chilled water circulator is as follows:
1. Cooling water flows back from the equipment to the circulator
2. The circulator filters and purifies the returning cooling water.
3. The purified cooling water is sent back into the equipment through the pump for circulation.
Application scope of chilled water circulator
Chilled water circulator is mainly used in industrial equipment and is suitable for various refrigeration, air conditioning, cooling water circulation and other systems.
