25 kw chiller causes cold water not to circulate and how to deal with it:
1. Line failure
Check the switching power supply, voltage, and whether there is any failure at the output terminal. When the circuit fails, the cooling water will not circulate in the 25 kw chiller.
2. Check the water pump
Check whether the water level is normal, and observe whether there is any vibration, abnormal noise, etc. during the operation of the water pump, which will affect the water flow and cause the cooling water to not circulate.
3. The water level is too low
The water level in the water tank must not be lower than the water inlet of the water pump. Check whether the cooling water in the water tank reaches the minimum liquid level range.
4. Pipeline blockage
When the pipeline is blocked, it will also cause the cooling to fail to circulate and so on. The pipeline should be cleaned and processed in time to keep the pipeline clean.
