The installation of the 4 kw chiller is a very important thing. But many users tend to ignore the importance of installation. In fact, the chiller cannot be installed in any environment. It also needs to meet the basic installation conditions to ensure the normal and stable operation of the chiller. If the installation is not good, it may affect the use effect of the industrial chiller. The following will introduce the installation method and installation instructions of the chiller.
Installation method of 4 kw chiller:
1. Open the package and check whether the chiller is in good condition and whether the accessories are complete.
2. Confirm that the 4 kw chiller is properly grounded.
3. Select a water pipe with a suitable diameter (recommended specification: silicone tube 8 x 14 mm), connect the accessory water connector to the water pipe correctly and fix it with a cable tie, and insert it into the water outlet and the water return port.
4. Make sure that the air inlet and outlet channels of the chiller are smooth, and do not put foreign objects into the equipment.
5. The water flow should remain stable under any load conditions.
6. To protect the circulating water pump, it is strictly forbidden to run without water.
7. In order to reduce noise and vibration, it is better to install a vibration isolator on the pipeline.
Installation instructions for 4 kw chiller:
1. In the location selected for installation, the chiller should be installed on a stable level surface and should be as close as possible to the cooled machine.
2. The chiller is suitable for installation in an indoor environment. The ambient temperature is preferably between 8°C and 35°C, and the relative humidity does not exceed 80%. If possible, the 4 kw chiller should be installed near a site with a proper drainage system to prevent stagnation due to leaks.
3. Do not install in places with corrosive gas, humidity, excessive dust or high room temperature.
4. The installation position of the chiller should not be close to the wall on all sides. Leave a space of more than 0.8 meters on the hot air discharge side and more than 0.5 meters on the side. The room must be fully ventilated, and the air intake must be slightly greater than the exhaust air volume of the 4 kw chiller, or Use an air conditioner with cooling capacity greater than heat consumption to cool down.
