The 5 hp chiller needs to be strictly debugged before leaving the factory (the debugging time is not less than 24 hours), and only after correct debugging can the normal operation of the equipment be guaranteed.

Commissioning preparations for a 5 hp chiller

1. Check whether the installation of the 5 hp chiller meets the technical requirements, and whether the connecting pipeline, size, specification, material, etc. meet the requirements.

2. Check whether the circuit system of the 5 hp chiller meets the requirements and is normal.

3. Carry out the water flow test, flush the dirt in the water system, check whether the water pump is normal, whether the circulating water volume meets the requirements of the working conditions, etc.

4. Check whether the pressure gauge, temperature gauge and sensor on the pipeline are normal.

5. Check whether the water pressure in the pipeline is in a normal state.

6. Safety protection equipment needs to be prepared during operation

1. Check whether the valves are in the normal open state, and do not close them.

2. Check whether the power supply voltage is normal.

3. After starting the 5 hp chiller, check whether the parameters of the equipment are normal.

4. Record the various data of the 5 hp chiller.

5. During the commissioning and operation of the equipment, pay attention to whether the compressor is working normally.

6. If there is an abnormal situation during debugging, stop the machine immediately and check it.

7 hp chiller must be cleaned and dried inside before debugging. If the cleaning is not clean, it will cause various failures during debugging.
