Selection of galvanometer laser welding chiller
The selection of chillers depends not only on cooling capacity, but also on the indicator of water flow. The cooling capacity represents the cooling capacity provided by the compressor, and the water flow represents the ability of the chiller to remove heat. For example, a chiller with a nominal cooling capacity of 1000W is connected to an 80W glass tube. The chiller displays 25°C, but the laser tube is too hot. Fever; in fact it does nothing.

It can be equipped with a scroll compressor, which is more reliable and low-noise; it is also equipped with compressor overcurrent and overload protection, and compressor high and low pressure protection, effectively ensuring the safe operation of the unit.
3. Cooling circulating water system with high cleanliness and high flow rate
Vertical stainless steel multi-stage water pump can be selected, with high head, large flow and low noise; it adopts stainless steel water tank and connection port accessories.
4. High temperature control accuracy and stable control
The laser machine refrigeration system has high-quality and long-lasting cooling effect, and the control accuracy is ±0.1℃~±3.0℃; the temperature controller adopts a liquid crystal display microcomputer controller, which is simple and convenient to switch between Chinese and English, and has a fault prompt function.
