Chiller for Light Curing Coating Process

First of all, the production process of light-curing coatings is divided into 5 steps:

1. Preparation of raw materials: Accurately weigh the required raw materials according to the formula, screen and stir them.

2. Mixing of paint: Put the stirred raw materials into the mixer for mixing.

3. Sieve filtration: Filter the mixed paint through a sieve to remove impurities.

4. Addition of light curing agent: add the light curing agent into the coating in proportion, and carry out mixing, stirring and dispersing.

5. Storage of light-cured coatings: Store the mixed coatings in special jars or buckets.

In order to complete the above production process, it is necessary to use special equipment, such as mixers, screen filters, etc. Among them, the chiller is also one of the essential equipment.

The chiller is mainly used to reduce the temperature of the paint during the paint production process. In the production process of light-curing coatings, due to the long-term operation of equipment such as mixers, the temperature of the coating will rise.
