Chiller Heating System
The chiller heating system is mainly used for heating and cooling glass reactors, metal reactors, and bioreactors, and is especially suitable for heat-demanding and heat-releasing process control during the reaction process. It can accurately and linearly control the temperature of the material in the reactor. The program control mode can be selected, and the temperature difference between the heat transfer medium and the material can also be set. The entire system adopts a fully closed cycle, which will not produce oil mist at high temperatures and will not absorb water at low temperatures. There is an expansion tank in the system, and the heat transfer medium will expand and contract during the cooling and heating process.
Typical applications of the chiller heating system:
Dynamic constant temperature control of cold and heat sources of high-pressure reactors; dynamic constant temperature control of cold and heat sources of double-layer glass reactors;
Dynamic constant temperature control of cold and heat sources of double-layer reactors; constant temperature control of cold and heat sources of microchannel reactors;
Small constant temperature control system; temperature control of steam saturation system; low-temperature and high-temperature aging test of materials;

Features of chiller heating system
1. Fully enclosed system
Only the heat transfer medium participates in the circulation, and the temperature of the expansion tank is always kept at a normal temperature of 60℃, avoiding the problems caused by air entering the circulation system.
2. High temperature cooling
At ultra-high temperatures, the compressor can be used directly for cooling, and at high temperature exothermic reactions, such as 200℃, the medium does not need to be replaced, and only the compressor can be used to control the temperature and take away excess heat.
3. Wide temperature range
A single heat transfer medium can achieve a wide range of system temperature control from -120℃ to 300℃. The single compressor refrigeration technology can reach a minimum of -150℃, and the volume is smaller and easier to lift and place.
4. Advanced dynamic temperature control technology
The temperature measurement points at the inlet and outlet and the material will transmit temperature information in real time. When the temperature difference is large, the control system will immediately issue an exothermic and endothermic reaction, and accurately control the temperature of the heat transfer medium between ±0.3℃.
5. Pipeline circulation system
Pipeline heaters and plate heat exchangers improve the power density ratio, reduce the use of heat transfer media, and improve the response speed of system temperature control.
6. Heating protection
After the control protection of the controller body fails, the temperature exceeds the temperature value set by the deviation protector in the system, the power supply of the solid-state relay will be cut off, and the independent temperature limiter will play its role after the protector fails. With this triple protection, there will be no high temperature overshoot.
