Closed Loop Water Cooling System

The traditional cooling water system passes through the outdoor fiberglass open cooling tower, and the water is sprayed down from the top. During the spraying process, the temperature is continuously lowered due to the convection heat exchange and evaporation between the circulating water and the air.
During the cycle cooling process, the closed loop water cooling system is completely isolated from the outside world, that is, it has no contact with the heat exchange air. It has no direct heat exchange with the air and is completely isolated from the outside air. This ensures the purity and non-destructive nature of the circulating water or circulating medium.

Features of closed loop water cooling system

4. Water saving. In some cold winter periods, only air cooling can meet the cooling requirements. Since it is operated automatically, the spraying stops automatically and there is no water consumption. During the start and stop of industrial equipment and maintenance periods, when the temperature meets the requirements, it will automatically stop. . The overall water saving effect is obvious.
5. Energy saving. Since the fan and sprinkler can automatically start and stop according to the temperature, energy consumption per ton of water can be reduced.
