CNC machining center, also called CNC numerical control machine tool, is the abbreviation of computer numerical control machine tool. It is an automated machine tool controlled by a program. It mainly consists of cooling water tank, circulating water pump, refrigeration compressor, condenser evaporator, cooling fan, refrigeration controller and other related controller components.
How CNC machine coolant chillers work?
The cooling water in the chiller is continuously circulated between the equipment and the evaporator of the compressor refrigeration system through the work of the circulating water pump. The heat generated when the equipment is working is finally conducted to the air through the refrigeration cycle of the compressor refrigeration system. The corresponding control device can control the operation of the compressor refrigeration system according to the set parameter requirements, thereby ensuring that the cooling water temperature of the equipment is always controlled within the specified range.
