The compact recirculating chiller is a machine designed for scientific instruments or production processes that require cooling water via a compressor.
The principle of compact recirculating chiller
The compressor compresses the high-temperature and high-pressure gas refrigerant into a water-cooled or air-cooled condenser. After being cooled by the condenser, the refrigerant changes from gaseous state to liquid state. After decompression, it changes to gaseous state again and is absorbed in the evaporator. The heat of the hot water reduces the temperature of the water in the evaporator and then returns to the cycle of the compressor.
Things to consider when buying a compact recirculating chiller
1. First, determine the cooling capacity of the chiller. The user needs to provide the required flow rate, temperature difference, and application supporting equipment.
2. Yang pressure and water velocity flow of the water pump.
3. Water filter and water quality requirements and inner water tank material.
4. Control water temperature accuracy requirements (±0.1, ±0.3, ±0.5, ±1).
