Go, return the high-temperature hot water to the water tank again to cool down, and circulate and exchange cooling in this way to achieve the effect of cooling the equipment.
Vapor compression refrigeration is the principle that the liquid refrigerant absorbs heat when it vaporizes and releases heat when the vapor condenses. In refrigeration technology, evaporation refers to the process in which the liquid refrigerant turns into a gaseous state when it reaches boiling. The liquid state becomes The gaseous state must absorb heat energy from the outside to achieve it, so it is an endothermic process. The temperature at which the liquid refrigerant evaporates and vaporizes is called the evaporation temperature. Condensation means that the vapor is cooled to a temperature equal to or lower than the saturation temperature to convert the vapor into a liquid state.
The 10 ton industrial water chiller consists of compressor, condenser, evaporator, expansion valve and other accessories:
1. Evaporator: When the freon liquid in the refrigeration system enters the expansion valve and then is sent to the evaporator after throttling, it belongs to the vaporization process. At this time, it needs to absorb a large amount of heat to gradually reduce the temperature of the cooled valence to achieve the cooling effect. .
2. Condenser: The high-temperature and high-pressure Freon in the refrigeration system enters the condenser after it comes out of the compressor, and releases a large amount of heat to the cooling medium, which is cooled and liquefied.
3. Compressor: In the chiller system, the compressor is the power to ensure refrigeration. The compressor is used to increase the pressure of the refrigerant in the system, so that the refrigerant circulates in the refrigeration system to achieve the purpose of refrigeration.
4. Expansion valve: In the refrigerant system flow chart of the chiller, we found that there is a small part between the outlet of the condenser and the inlet of the evaporator called a thermal expansion valve, which is a throttling and depressurizing part. The condensing pressure of the refrigerant is reduced to the evaporation pressure, so it plays an essential role in the refrigeration system. It is called the four major components of the refrigeration system together with the refrigeration compressor, evaporator, and condenser.
5. Other accessories: including drier filter and high and low pressure controller. The drier filter is not detachable, and the molecular sieve structure is used inside, which can remove a small amount of impurity and water in the pipeline, so as to purify the system. The high and low pressure controller plays a protective role in the refrigeration system.
