2. The 100 ton air cooled chiller is mainly used in thermal management testing, electrical performance testing, operating cycle life testing, high and low temperature impact testing of liquid cooling plates, matching testing of liquid cooling systems, etc.
3. The filter of the 100 ton air cooled chiller is used for noise filtration during purging, and gas-liquid filtration. According to the antifreeze used by the customer, generally there is no need to change the filter element.
4. The on-site power supply voltage and frequency of the 100 ton air cooled chiller are consistent with those stated on the nameplate.
5. The pipeline interface of the 100 ton air cooled chiller equipment adopts the principle of bottom entry and top exit. The liquid return and outlet ports enter from the bottom and exit from the top, the liquid outlet provides a controlled heat transfer medium, and the liquid return port recycles the heat transfer medium. The inlet and outlet cooling water of water-cooling equipment adopts bottom inlet and top outlet, and the inlet and outlet cooling water should be sufficient and the temperature should be appropriate.
6. The entire pipeline of the 100 ton air cooled chiller adopts a fully closed circulation, which will not volatilize a large amount at high temperature and will not absorb water at low temperature. There is an expansion tank in the system.
7. During the cooling and heating process, the heat transfer medium expands with heat and contracts with cold, and the expansion tank automatically absorbs and fills the heat transfer medium in the circulation pipeline.
8. The three-color light of the 100 ton air cooled chiller means to feed back the operating status of the entire device, red is the alarm indication status, green is the normal operating status, yellow is the standby status, and the buzzer is the alarm sound.
9. While controlling the temperature, the 100 ton air cooled chiller can also choose to control the flow or pressure, which can effectively test the environmental adaptability of the battery pack, improve the reliability of the vehicle, and ensure the good performance of the vehicle in various complex environments.
