Direct Low Temperature Chiller
The direct low temperature chiller is one of the industrial chillers. The selection of low-temperature chiller compressors should first consider the temperature requirements of the refrigeration equipment. At the same time, an in-depth investigation should be conducted on the user’s cooling conditions, and a medium-high temperature compressor or a low-temperature compressor that meets the temperature requirements should be selected. In the piston refrigeration compressor, the difference in motor power and gas flow in different working conditions has been fully considered. Medium and high temperature compressors and low temperature compressors with the same displacement are designed and manufactured with different combinations of motors and valve plates.
Features of direct low temperature chiller:
(1) The compressor of the direct low temperature chiller unit is a medium-low temperature compressor;
(2) Use refrigerants such as R404A, R410a, R22/R407C, etc., to meet the refrigeration temperature and environmental protection requirements;
(3) Temperature selection range: Process chilled water between -150°C and 5°C can be provided (users can choose unit specifications with different outlet water temperatures according to different production needs)
(4) According to the needs of users, a variety of refrigerants can be selected: alcoholic refrigerants such as ethylene glycol aqueous solution, alcohol, and ternary mixed solution. The evaporator can also be designed according to anti-corrosion requirements, and calcium chloride aqueous solution can be used ;
(5) Designed according to 24-hour non-stop operation, which can meet the requirements of cold sources for various continuous production processes;
(6) The direct low temperature chiller unit can have its own water tank and circulating water pump according to the cooling capacity, without the need for cooling towers and cooling water pumps, and the installation and maintenance are simple and convenient;
(7) equipped with various safety protection devices, stable performance, low noise, long service life and easy operation.
