1. Lower the condensation temperature. Under the premise of meeting equipment safety and production requirements, try to increase the evaporation temperature and reduce the condensation temperature. 2. Adjust the reasonable operating load of the 125 ton chiller. In the case of ensuring the safe operation of the equipment, the power consumption per unit cooling capacity is smaller when the cooling host runs at 70-80 load than when it runs at 100 load. Using this method to start up should be considered comprehensively in combination with the operation of the water pump and cooling tower.

3. Prevent and reduce pipe fouling, so as to improve the heat exchange efficiency of condenser and evaporator. If the water treatment is not done well, the calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate produced by the heating of calcium bicarbonate and magnesium bicarbonate will deposit on the pipe. Decrease the thermal conductivity, affect the heat exchange efficiency of the condenser and evaporator, and greatly increase the electricity cost of equipment operation. At this time, in addition to using water treatment technology, regular automatic cleaning equipment for pipelines can also be used for pipeline cleaning.

4. Use the chiller device to adjust the speed of the 125 ton chiller compressor. After the low-pressure refrigerant passes through the compressor, the pressure increases. The higher the speed of the compressor, the higher the pressure rise. In actual operation, most of the equipment is operated at a non-full load, and the compressor speed is automatically adjusted, so the energy-saving space is relatively large.
