Chiller 40 kw – Professional Chiller Manufacturer
The 40 kw chiller is widely used in various industries. During the long-term operation and use, we should maintain it so that it can play its own role and effect. For example, when the condenser runs for a long time, thick dirt will form on its surface, which will affect the normal operation of the unit. Therefore, in order to improve the working efficiency of the 40 kw chiller, we should clean up the unit effectively.
1. Remove components
Before cleaning the 40 kw chiller, we first need to dismantle the unit, because many parts are not easy to see, and they cross each other and the pipelines are complicated. There are also many components that are difficult to disassemble. (Removal of components: condenser, evaporator, unit controller, cooling water inlet and outlet pipes, high/low voltage relays, control box)
2. The cleaning equipment is connected to the condenser
First of all, we first find out the direction of the water inlet of the condenser, and connect it to the position of the water inlet or water outlet of the water pump, and then heat the pipe.
3. Carry out cleaning work
After confirming the above pipeline connection, we first add clean water to run for 20 minutes, after draining the sewage, we add clean water again to run for cleaning. It can be repeated several times. Then we clean it with medicine, we must know the amount of it used, the pH value must be between 4-5, and maintain it for 2-3 hours, after cleaning, discharge the medicine, and then clean the residual medicine with clean water Repeated cleaning, so that its ph value in 6.5-7.5 on it. (Note: The higher the water temperature during cleaning, the shorter the cleaning time, and the most suitable temperature is around 85 degrees).
After cleaning, install the 40 kw chiller. After the installation, remember to turn it on and try it out to check whether it is in normal operation.
