Customized Low Temperature Brine Chiller

Low temperature brine chiller is a kind of refrigeration equipment, which uses the latent heat of vaporization of liquid to reduce the temperature of water and achieve the purpose of cooling. Its working principle is to use the liquid working medium to absorb the heat of the object to be cooled in the evaporator to evaporate, and release heat in the condenser to lower the temperature of the object to be cooled. According to the requirements of use, sometimes it is necessary to mix two or more liquids into a certain proportion of solution for cooling (such as brine).

Since the viscosity of this mixed liquid changes little with temperature (even close to 0°C), the liquid supply can be adjusted at any time in a wide range according to the required ratio, which has great flexibility. In addition, it has the advantages of large cooling capacity, high efficiency, compact and simple structure, and long service life.

The refrigeration principle of low temperature brine chiller:

1. Compressor:

The gaseous refrigerant is compressed into a high-temperature and high-pressure gas and then enters the condenser to perform work through thermal expansion to cool down the passing air;

2. Throttling mechanism:

Control the flow of liquid refrigerant into the evaporator;

3. Evaporator:

It is a heat exchange component in the main circulation system;

4. Condenser:

Fans and fans are responsible for dissipating heat to the air and taking away waste heat;

5. Capillary:

Throttling and reducing the pressure of the refrigerating oil flowing through the evaporator.
