The working principle of the low temperature chiller system is based on the circulation of refrigerant. The refrigerant circulates in the system and completes the four processes of compression, condensation, expansion and evaporation through the compressor, condenser, expansion valve and evaporator. During the entire process, the refrigerant continuously absorbs and releases heat to achieve the preparation and supply of cold water.

The refrigerant is compressed in the compressor, increasing its temperature and pressure.

The high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant enters the condenser and exchanges heat with the cooling water. The heat is taken away by the cooling water and the refrigerant condenses into a liquid.

The liquid refrigerant passes through the expansion valve and the pressure decreases, forming a low-temperature and low-pressure liquid-gas mixture.

The low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant enters the evaporator, absorbs the heat of the cooling water, and evaporates into gas. The cooling water releases heat during this process and lowers its temperature.

The refrigerant gas returns to the compressor again, and the cycle repeats.
