1. Check for refrigerant leaks
The refrigerant determines how cool the 16 kw chiller is, you should not expect the 16 kw chiller to work at maximum capacity if there is not enough refrigerant flowing through the compressor. Therefore, you should always make sure that there is enough refrigerant flowing through the compressor.

2. Check the compressor oil
