Small Water Chiller Unit

It can not only prolong the service life of the equipment, but also reduce the failure rate, and greatly reduce the maintenance cost of the enterprise, and will not delay the production schedule. 1. Alarm failure
If the small water chiller unit has an alarm fault, first we press the alarm button on the device, and then troubleshoot one by one. Before troubleshooting the fault, the device cannot be turned on forcibly. If it is forced to start, it will cause a bigger fault.
2. Cleaning work
For the cleaning of evaporator, condenser and pipes, it is recommended that you carry out cleaning work every six months.
3. Dirt cleaning
If it is a water-cooled chiller, it is equipped with a cooling water tower, and the impurities in the cooling water tower and the dirt accumulated over a long period of time need to be cleaned.
4. Lubricating oil
If the lubricating oil in the small water chiller unit is polluted, it needs to be replaced to avoid affecting the normal operation of the compressor.
5. Fan steering
If it is an air-cooled chiller, it is equipped with a fan. If the fan is reversed, it may be that the master has connected the power cord backwards. First shut down, then adjust the power cord and then start it.
6. Cooling and cleaning
The heat dissipation coil in the small water chiller unit should be kept clean and free of dirt, and the surrounding air should be kept smooth, so as to have a good heat dissipation environment.
7. Blockage
Check the filter to see if the pipe is clogged. If the filter is clogged, it needs to be replaced in time. The pipe can be checked and cleared by yourself.
