1. Installation of water cooled water chiller system: The equipment must be installed in a flat and open place, and the chiller is no exception. Before installing the chiller, many users will do the foundation watering and pre-bury four horizontal horns. Generally, the water chiller has four feet. You can prepare an adjustment backing plate with two adjustment threaded holes for the feet to adjust the level of the entire water cooled water chiller system, and pour concrete mortar into the excess after adjustment. gap. After the mortar is dry, the adjusting bolts can be removed, leaving the positioning bolts, and fixing measures are taken for the chiller.
2. Installation of water cooled water chiller system water pipes: mainly the external water pipes of the evaporator and condenser. If it is a double-return water pipe, it should be arranged on the same side. The inlet and outlet water of the condenser and evaporator of the cooled water chiller system are from the bottom to the top. Remarks: From the cooling water tower to the chiller, from the chiller to the equipment to be cooled, water will be transported through the water pump in the middle, so the installation of the water pipes must be carried out according to the installation diagram provided by the manufacturer.
3. Cleaning of water cooled water chiller system water pipes: After installing the water pipes to the unit, perform a leak test for the entire water system. After passing the leak test, you can clean the water pipes. When cleaning the water pipe, first confirm whether the direction of the water pump is correct, and open all the valves of the water inlet and outlet pipes, the pipes are completely filled with water, start the chilled water pump and the cooling water pump, and stop the water pump after two hours of continuous operation. Drain the cooling water and clean the water pump filter.
4. Insulation of water cooled water chiller system: When the temperature in the unit system is lower than the ambient temperature, there will be a loss of cooling capacity. In order to reduce this loss, it is recommended that the user wrap a layer of heat insulation material on the low temperature part of the equipment and pipeline. When the water cooled water chiller system is installed and the system pressure test is carried out, the evaporator shell or evaporator water tank, compressor inlet pipe, return water pipe, etc. shall be insulated.
