What should we pay attention to in the daily operation of the 20 ton chiller?
The first is to add an appropriate amount of antifreeze to the LC -25°C ~ -5°C Niedertemperatur-Kühlgeräte. Because the antifreeze content is too high or too low, it will cause damage to the system. If the antifreeze effect is less, it will cause corrosion of the pipe, pipe wall and tower body.
The second is to pay attention to the condition of refrigerant and refrigerant oil. Under low temperature, the refrigerant may change its properties, and the viscosity of refrigerant oil will increase due to low temperature, resulting in compressor operation wear. Therefore, pay attention to the condition of refrigerant oil and refrigerant in winter.
If the ambient temperature in winter is lower than 0 ℃ and the water chiller is not used for a long time, the equipment shall be drained in time, and the water chiller, pipeline, water pump, water tower, valve and connecting parts shall be drained completely to prevent the water from freezing and damaging the equipment.
Precautions for safe operation:
1. Please check whether the machine is damaged during installation and select a suitable place for installation and future maintenance of the water chiller.
2. The site for installing the water chiller unit must be the floor, installation pad or foundation, with its levelness within 6.4mm, and can bear the operating weight of the water chiller unit.
3. The water chiller should be placed in the machine room with a room temperature of 4.4-43.3 ℃. There should be enough space around and above the unit for daily maintenance of the water chiller.
4. At one end of the water chiller, a space for cleaning the condenser tube bundle shall be reserved, and the door opening or other suitable openings can also be used.
5. Select the water pipe with proper diameter, the cooling system and the cooling water system when the chiller operates at maximum power, and connect them correctly.
6. For ordinary applications, the water flow velocity through the condenser is allowed to be between 1.0-3.6m/s.
7. The water flow shall be stable under any load.
8. All chilled water and cooling water pipes shall be designed and installed according to the conventional method. The chilled water pump shall be located on the inlet pipe of the chiller to ensure the positive pressure and flow in the unit.
Damping pipes shall be set during piping to ensure proper elasticity, and to prevent the evaporator water from being discharged when the water pump stops.
