Introduction to distillation cooling water system
The distillation cooling water system refers to a machine that prepares pure water through distillation. Distilled water can be divided into once and multiple times. After the water is distilled once, the non-volatile components in the container are removed, and the volatile components enter the initial fraction of distilled water. Usually only the middle part of the fraction is collected, accounting for about 60%. In order to obtain purer water, add alkaline potassium permanganate solution to primary distilled water to remove organic matter and carbon dioxide; add non-volatile acid to turn ammonia into non-volatile ammonium salts. Since glass contains a small amount of water-soluble components, quartz stills can be used to obtain very pure water during secondary or multiple distillations. The pure water obtained should be stored in quartz or silver containers.
Characteristics of distillation cooling water system
Evaporator: Use tube falling film evaporation technology to ensure that the feed water is evenly distributed on the inner wall of each evaporation tube to form water film evaporation. The upper-effect pure steam provides heat energy to the lower-effect evaporator and completes its evaporation and liquefaction to form distilled water.
Vapor-liquid separator: adopts split-type four-separation technology for soda and water (centrifugal separation of soda and water, down-rotating blade separator, wire mesh to capture water droplets, and upper-rotating blade separator) to ensure that the distilled water has low water heat source and endotoxin content. . The requirements for pure water are relatively low, and distilled water that meets pharmacopoeia standards can be produced below single-stage reverse osmosis (10us/cm).
Preheater: U-shaped tube heat exchanger, heat exchanger, good mechanical performance and long service life.
Condenser: Unique double condenser design, special multi-pass structure, sufficient heat exchange, no need for cooling water to reach the required temperature of distilled water.
Pipeline: The pipeline design has no water storage, no dead ends, and low equipment failure rate. Pipe connections adopt new sanitary clamp connections. The inside and outside are mirror polished, arranged neatly and beautifully, and the operation is quick and convenient.
Configuration: regulating valve, automatic compensation valve, throttle valve, conductivity meter, and thermometer are all high-tech products at home and abroad, with beautiful appearance and complete functions.
Water source: The water source required by the equipment must be pure water produced by reverse osmosis water.
Insulation: Both the evaporator and preheater are made from chlorine- and asbestos-free mineral wool insulation and covered with stainless steel cladding.
Economical and energy-saving: Because the multi-effect distilled water machine uses secondary steam step by step for each effect, the industrial steam utilization rate is high and the energy-saving effect is obvious. As the efficiency of the evaporator increases, this energy saving effect becomes more obvious. At the same time, the amount of cooling water also decreases greatly as the number of effects increases.
Control system: Adopts PLC automatic control technology to meet customers’ different control requirements. From the basic judgment and distribution of distilled water quality, to the continuous adjustment of each medium, linkage with the storage system, hierarchical password control and even the control of evaporation changes and other more advanced ones, it can be said that it is meticulous.
