Distillation Reactor Heating System

1. Heating power matching

The matching of heating power should be considered when selecting and matching the electric heating circulation device and the distillation reactor.

If the heating power is too large or too small, the reaction process will be adversely affected. Usually, according to parameters such as the volume of the reactor, reaction temperature and heating speed, the electric heating circulation device with corresponding power is selected.

2. Selection of heat transfer oil

Heat transfer oil is one of the keys to the work of the heating system. Different heat transfer oils have different heating temperature ranges and properties. Before selection, the appropriate heat transfer oil should be selected according to the working conditions of the reactor and the required heating temperature.

3. Equipped with heat exchanger

In the configuration of the heating system and distillation reactor, it is also necessary to consider the configuration of the heat exchanger. The function of the heat exchanger is to transfer the heat energy after the heat transfer oil is heated to the distillation reactor to realize the heating process. Therefore, factors such as the size of the heat exchanger, the number and configuration of heating tubes, and heat exchange efficiency need to be considered when selecting equipment.

The distillation reactor and the electric heating circulation device are a pair of closely matched equipment. When selecting and matching, it is necessary to comprehensively consider and match according to different reactor parameters. Selecting a suitable electric heating circulation device can realize effective heating of the distillation reactor and improve production efficiency and product quality.
