Thermal Fluid Heater has the following advantages:
1. The device occupies a small area and can be directly installed and placed in the production workshop. It is pollution-free, quick to start, and simple and flexible to operate;
2. Higher working temperature can be obtained under lower operating pressure, up to 300°C, which reduces the pressure level of heat-consuming equipment and helps reduce equipment investment costs;
3. Closed cycle heating and cooling, small heat loss, significant energy saving effect, and can meet multiple heating equipment with different operating temperatures and multiple cooling equipment with different cooling capacity;
4. The heat transfer effect is good, the heating oil and the cooling oil are forced to circulate by the pump, which is beneficial to heat transfer, and the temperature difference between the material and the oil bath is small during the heating process;
5. The temperature control is accurate, and the temperature can be controlled within ±0.5°C.
