Thermal Oil Circulation Heater

Heat transfer oil circulation heating is a heating method used in industrial temperature control equipment such as oil heaters, heat transfer oil boilers, oil circulation heaters, and oil temperature controllers. Circulating heating of heat transfer oil temperature control machine means that the heat transfer oil medium reaches the required temperature after the power supply is turned on. After the temperature control of the heating equipment, the heat of the heat transfer oil is taken away by the heating equipment, and the temperature of the heat transfer oil drops. The temperature at the time is still much higher than that of normal temperature heat transfer oil, so there is no need to reheat the new heat transfer oil, only need to recycle the used heat transfer oil, which reduces the electricity cost of the enterprise and saves energy.

Thermal oil circulation heaters have the following advantages:

1. The device occupies a small area and can be directly installed and arranged in the production workshop. It is pollution-free, quick to start, and simple and flexible to operate;

2. A higher working temperature can be obtained under a lower operating pressure, up to 300°C, which reduces the pressure level of heat-consuming equipment and helps reduce equipment investment costs;

3. Closed cycle heating and cooling, small heat loss, significant energy saving effect, and can meet multiple heating equipment with different operating temperatures and multiple cooling equipment with different cooling capacity;

4. The heat transfer effect is good, the heating oil and the cooling oil are forced to circulate by the pump, which is beneficial to heat transfer, and the temperature difference between the material and the oil bath is small during the heating process;

5. The temperature control of the oil temperature machine is accurate, and the temperature can be controlled within ±0.05°C;

6. Low operating cost and fast recovery of investment.
