Design of air cooled refrigeration system:

1. Product Features
The air cooled refrigeration system adopts scroll compressors of internationally renowned brands, equipped with double-threaded copper tubes to make condensers, evaporators and control components, so that the unit has the advantages of small size, low noise, large energy, long life, and easy operation. Its beautiful and exquisite shape design and reliable and stable performance are outstanding among similar products.
2. Design features:
Brand scroll compressor, high energy efficiency ratio, reliable operation, long life;
It adopts a special temperature controller for chiller, which has high temperature control accuracy and stable performance. , Full digital display, connected with external equipment, remote users and control room through RS485 interface, can realize multiple control functions (optional).
Multiple protection functions: compressor exhaust over-temperature, motor over-temperature, cold water antifreeze and other temperature protection; over-current, phase loss, reverse phase electrical protection; refrigerant system high and low pressure, oil level, water cut-off and other abnormal state protection.
Maintenance and management functions (optional) such as alarm, reminder, record, and retrieval can be set for the above protection functions.
Through remote communication, unmanned operation management is automatically realized according to the predetermined work plan.
Selected thermal expansion valves, solenoid valves, check valves and other control components ensure that the air cooled refrigeration system can work at high speed in a wide range of operating conditions.
The structure of air cooled refrigeration system:
Air-cooled condenser
The washable air-cooled condenser adopts enhanced heat exchange tubes, and the subcooling section is designed to increase the heat dissipation area. The design pressure of the fluorine side is 30bar to ensure the safety of the equipment.
Evaporador
The dry water tank coil evaporator/shell tube evaporator/plate evaporator is selected according to different types. The design pressure of the water side is 10bar; the design pressure of the fluorine side is 25bar. The evaporator is covered with 50mm thick soft closed-cell rubber and plastic sponge insulation material, which effectively prevents heat transfer between the evaporator and the outside air in the machine room, and reduces energy loss.
Electric control system
The main components are all made of vital parts to ensure the reliability of the unit operation. The unit control adopts the special temperature control control of the chiller, which makes the operation easier.
Water pump
The product adopts the integral structure of the motor and the pump body. The motor is a fully enclosed, air-cooled standard motor, and its size meets the national design standards.
