14 kw chiller is a kind of equipment that can provide cooling for products. Then it is essential for us to be familiar with the safe operation process of the chiller during use.
14 kw chiller safety operation process:
1. When checking and accepting the chiller, take pictures of the machine to check whether it is intact, damaged, deformed, etc., and whether the main accessories are complete.
2. Connect the inlet and outlet pipes.
3. Open the water inlet and add cooling water. (Note: Don’t fill the water too fast, don’t let the water overflow)
4. Plug in the power supply and turn on the power switch of the 14 kw chiller. (Note: If there is no water injected, it is forbidden to turn on the machine, and it must be turned on after water is injected).
①After the power is turned on, the 14 kw chiller starts to work. It is a normal phenomenon that there will be air bubbles in the pipeline for the first start-up, which will cause a flow alarm. It will return to normal after a few minutes of operation, so you don’t need to worry about it when you use it for the first time.
② After the 14 kw chiller is turned on and running, check whether there is any water leakage in the pipeline.
③When the chiller is running, the water temperature display is lower than the set temperature, and the fan and other components are not in working condition, which is a normal phenomenon. Because the thermostat will automatically control the compressor, fan and other components according to the set parameters.
④ Do not perform frequent power-on/off operations, as the compressor and other components need a longer start-up process during the start-up process.
5. After the 14 kw chiller is turned on, the air in the pipeline will be emptied, and the water level in the water tank will also drop. In order to keep the water level within the specified value, you can add an appropriate amount of water. After adding an appropriate amount of water, observe and record the current water level. After the box chiller has been running for a period of time, check the water level again. If the water level drops significantly, check the pipeline immediately for leakage.
6. Adjust the parameters of the thermostat. The thermostat has an intelligent temperature control mode and an intelligent temperature control function, which can be adjusted to the corresponding water temperature as the temperature changes.
