Explosion Proof Water Chiller System
Explosion proof water chiller system is a specific explosion-proof measure based on the standard chiller to prevent electrical equipment from igniting the surrounding explosive gas environment. It is mainly used in special places such as flammable and explosive, and the production power is from 5HP ~200HP range. Specifications can be customized according to customer requirements.
Selection principle of explosion proof water chiller system:
1. Products with perfect and reliable explosion-proof performance should be selected. Protection technologies such as anti-static, temperature limiting, and voltage limiting must be perfected. In particular, the explosion-proof structure must meet the relevant standards to ensure safe use.
2. At the same price, the one with stronger explosion-proof performance should be preferred.
3. The chiller system that adopts “airtight type” and “positive pressure type” composite explosion-proof structure refrigeration system should be preferred.
Explosion proof water chiller system cooling effect is not good reasons and solutions:
1. There is a problem with the thermostat: there is a problem with the thermostat of the explosion proof water chiller system, and the temperature control cannot be completed. It is recommended to contact the after-sales technician of the chiller manufacturer to replace the thermostat.
2. Refrigerant shortage or leakage: If the explosion proof water chiller system has insufficient refrigerant or refrigerant leakage from the cooling system, it is recommended to contact after-sales technicians to find out the leak point, repair the welding and refill the refrigerant.
3. The temperature of the external environment is too high: When the room is closed and airtight or in an environment above 40°C, it is difficult for the chiller to transfer heat to the outside, resulting in no cooling. At this time, it is necessary to reduce the indoor temperature or replace the explosion proof water chiller system with a larger cooling capacity.
4. Do not clean and maintain for a long time: After the explosion proof water chiller system is used for a period of time, if it is not cleaned and maintained for a long time, it is easy to cause more dust accumulation in the internal parts of the chiller, and the pipes are also prone to scale and bacteria, and the heat cannot be effectively obtained. Take away, resulting in reduced cooling effect. Therefore, we need to regularly clean and maintain the explosion proof water chiller system.
