1. First of all, we need to have a general understanding of the equipment we want to buy. To choose a suitable hermetic heating and cooling circulator, we also need to know the running state and the function and applicability of high and low temperature control.
2. Most of the commonly used temperature media use heat transfer oil. The common cooling methods on the market include water cooling and air cooling. Both cooling methods are selected according to the environment where the closed heating and cooling circulator is located.
3. Heat exchangers are mainly divided into plate heat exchangers, which can be used in conjunction with the custom-made closed heating and cooling circulators. A thin-distance channel is formed between various half-sheets, and heat exchange is performed through the half-sheets. Compared with the conventional shell and tube heat exchanger, the plate heat exchanger has high heat exchange efficiency and low heat loss under the same flow resistance and pump power consumption. The heat loss of the plate heat exchanger is small because only the shell plate of the heat transfer plate of the plate heat exchanger is exposed to the atmosphere, so the heat dissipation loss can be ignored, and no insulation measures are required.
4. Mainly rely on the cooling water pump to drive the refrigerant to circulate in the cooling pipeline, and take away the generated heat through physical processes such as heat exchange in the radiator. In order to make the radiator heat dissipate more fully, a fan is usually also arranged behind the radiator.
5. The principle of heat conduction transfers heat from the drive motor assembly to the refrigerant, and the refrigerant with heat flows through the evaporation pipeline in the radiator for cooling. When the system is at a low temperature, the coolant pump does not work. When the temperature rises, the coolant pump works, and the coolant flows into the radiator through the hose, and the radiator dissipates heat and cools it to keep it at the working temperature.
6. For some chemical manufacturers who have a relatively high temperature control for their products, cascade temperature control mode can also be used to control the oil temperature by controlling the temperature of the material, which can better control the temperature of the material. For some manufacturers that need explosion-proof equipment , You can also choose the corresponding explosion-proof design model to meet the various needs of customers.
