How does the industrial water chiller system work?
1. Refrigerant circulation system of Refrigeradores de baja temperatura LC -25°C ~ -5°C: the liquid refrigerant in the evaporator absorbs the heat in the water and begins to transpiration. After all, there is a certain temperature difference between the refrigerant and the water
2. Water circulating system of industrial water chiller: the water pump is used to pump water from the water tank to the equipment that users need to cool. The temperature of chilled water rises after the heat is taken away, and then returns to the chilled water tank;
3. Electric automatic control system of water chiller: including power supply part and automatic control part.
The power supply part supplies power to the compressor, fan and water pump through the contactor.
The automatic control part includes temperature controller, pressure protection, delay device, relay, overload protection, etc., which are combined with each other to achieve the functions of automatic start/stop and protection according to the water temperature.
An industrial water chiller is a refrigeration system used to reduce the temperature of machinery, industrial sites, and process fluids by removing heat from the system and transferring it elsewhere.
Industrial cooler is very important for temperature regulation in many industrial processes such as injection molding, metal electroplating, oil field production and food processing.
The chiller consists of four basic components: evaporator, compressor, condenser and expansion unit. Each cooler system contains refrigerant.
This process starts from the low-pressure refrigerant entering the evaporator. In the evaporator, the refrigerant is heated to change into gas through phase change. The gaseous refrigerant enters the compressor, increasing its pressure.
High-pressure refrigerant enters the condenser, which uses cooling water from the cooling tower or air from the surrounding environment to discharge heat and condense it into high-pressure liquid.
Then, the condensed refrigerant enters the expansion unit, which has a valve which is used as a metering device to limit the flow of refrigerant in the system.
Therefore, this reduces the pressure of the refrigerant and starts the cooling process again. The whole process is called refrigeration cycle.
