En heater/chiller unit adopts compressor refrigeration and linkage heating technology, integrated piping system, plate heat exchanger, large heat exchange area, fast heating and cooling rate, small demand for heat transfer oil, and continuous temperature rise and fall. It is suitable for equipment connected to reactors for refrigeration and heating reactions in pharmaceutical, chemical, and laboratory industries. The main function is to control the temperature of glass reactors, metal reactors, and bioreactors.

There is no heat transfer medium to evaporate at high temperature, and continuous temperature control of -80~190°C, -70~220°C, -88~170°C, -55~250°C, -30~300°C can be realized without pressurization; the fully enclosed pipeline design is adopted to reduce the demand for heat transfer fluid while improving the heat utilization rate of the system to achieve rapid temperature rise and fall. The heat transfer medium in the expansion vessel does not participate in circulation, which can reduce the risk of heat transfer medium absorbing moisture and volatilization during operation. According to the process requirements, the heating or cooling can be automatically adjusted; the body can rapidly heat up and rapidly cool down the temperature required by the equipment, and can control the different temperatures of multiple surfaces, and quickly circulate around the product forming process, greatly improving production efficiency.

The temperature control system of the heater/chiller unit is mainly divided into two parts: heating and cooling

Heating part

1. Computer touch control, separate electrical control, easy to understand operation;

2. The temperature control meter adopts microcomputer dual-group P.I.D control, touch-type internal storage automatic calculation, accurate and reliable;

3. The safety protection and fault indication system is perfect, and the pipeline explosion-proof device;

4. Adopt imported components, RS485 communication function, imported microcomputer or PLC control;

5. Stainless steel integral molding, small pipe resistance, uniform heating, heating power switching function.

Refrigeration part
