Oil Heater Chiller – Reactor Temperature Control Unit

In the chemical process, the existing reactor heating system is relatively simple, and it takes a particularly long time to lower the temperature in the reactor to room temperature, and the heat energy cannot be used reasonably, resulting in the waste of some resources. Therefore, there is a refrigeration temperature control system that needs to heat up or cool down quickly.
The oil heater chiller is a typical cooling circulator with heating function. It is suitable for laboratories. It is safe and reliable to ensure the repeatability of laboratory results. The working temperature ranges from -100°C to 350°C. There are water-cooled or air-cooled chillers. Environmentally friendly natural refrigerants are used as needed. The system has a compact structure and a small footprint, and can be placed in a laboratory fume hood or used inside the equipment.
The oil heater chiller is a temperature control machine that integrates refrigeration and heating. It consists of two systems, two computer PC boards, each of which controls the corresponding system, and automatically adjusts heating or cooling according to the process requirements. It consists of circulation pump, heating pipe, cooling heat exchanger, refrigeration system, temperature control system, pipeline and rack. The heat transfer oil flows between the heat medium pipeline of the unit and the reactor jacket or coil, and the circulation pump, heat transfer oil pipeline, heating device and cooling device constitute the basic circuit of the heat medium.
Many chemical reactions are accompanied by a large amount of endothermic or exothermic phenomena, and temperature is an important process parameter in the production process.
