The speed of releasing the refrigerant should not be too fast to prevent the operator from being frostbitten by the refrigerant. If possible, the refrigerant of the water-cooled chiller should be recycled instead of directly discharged to maintain the environment.

Remove the suction pipe and exhaust pipe: Before removing the suction pipe and exhaust pipe, make sure that the refrigerant of the water-cooled chiller in the system has been exhausted. Heat the welding port with gas welding, after the welding port solder melts, pull out the suction pipe and exhaust pipe. During the whole welding process, be sure to fill with nitrogen, the nitrogen pressure is 0.5±0.1kgf/cm2, to prevent the copper tube of the industrial chiller from oxidizing and producing oxide skin, and also pay attention to whether there are impurities on the inner wall of the copper tube. When welding, pay attention to control the flame direction and avoid casing and sponge. wires, etc.
