The temperature control range is -150°C-350°C, with cooling and heating functions to meet different temperature requirements under different needs. What should be paid attention to when the reactor refrigeration and heating system is started for the first time?

1. When starting up for the first time, press the power button and there is no display: the fuse in the power socket is broken, unplug the power cord, take out the fuse and replace it with a new one; Put the air switch in the “ON” state to solve the problem.

2. After turning on the machine for the first time or after a long period of non-starting, turn on the “circulation” button, the water pump does not turn or there is no circulating water, and the “circulation” indicator light is on: check whether there is a dead knot in the external hose, and untie the dead knot; there is a lot of air or scale inside the pump , or the long-term non-use of the water pump leads to a decrease in the lubrication of the rotor, making it difficult to start the water pump. It is necessary to unplug the power supply, open the cover of the device, remove the rubber disc directly behind the motor rotor, use a flat-head screwdriver to hold the motor rotor and move it left and right, and the motor can be restarted; directly replace the water pump.

3. The refrigeration system does not start: the refrigeration button is not turned on, turn on the refrigeration button; the circuit board is faulty, replace the circuit board; the compressor is faulty, and a professional inspection is required.
