Heater Chiller Circulator

First, the characteristics of the heater chiller circulator:
The heater chiller circulator adopts a fully closed system to prolong the life of the heat transfer liquid. It has a very wide temperature range and does not need to replace the liquid medium. During the reaction process of cooling and heating, there is a need for cooling and heating process control, which can control the material temperature in the reactor. The program temperature control mode can be selected, and the temperature difference between the heat transfer medium and the material of the heater chiller circulator can also be set. In addition, the machine is equipped with a multi-function alarm system and functions. It adopts a plate heat exchanger, which takes up less space and has high heat exchange efficiency.
If you need to control the temperature of multiple reactors, you can choose multiple reactor cooling and heating temperature control systems. If it is a one-to-two system, or one to multiple systems, you can choose to install two independent reactors inside the heater chiller circulator. The circulation system, refrigeration system, heating system, shared electrical system, and expansion system can save a certain amount of cost and reduce the enterprise budget.
Second, the selection of heater chiller circulator:
The heater chiller circulator is a constant temperature equipment used to heat and control the temperature of the reactor. When selecting equipment, the two important parts are heating power and pump power. This is related to the accuracy of the reactor temperature. To select power, the following parameters need to be provided.
1. Calculate the heating power according to the size, process requirements and weight of the reactor, and the volume of the reactor jacket or coil;
2. The temperature that the material needs to reach, the time required for cooling to this temperature, the size of the inlet and outlet of the reactor jacket, and whether refrigeration or explosion-proof is required for selection;
3. What is the material reacted in the reactor, and what is the specific heat of the material;
4. What kind of reaction does the material belong to during the reaction process? Is it an exothermic reaction or an endothermic reaction? If it is an exothermic reaction, a cooling system is required.
5. Air-cooled and water-cooled equipment can be provided.
