Overview of hydraulic oil chiller

Hydraulic oil chiller is a liquid cooler whose main purpose is to cool oil. It is suitable for various equipment and devices that need to reduce and maintain the temperature of lubricating oil or hydraulic oil, such as CNC grinders, CNC machine tools, machining centers, bearings, etc.

The hydraulic oil chiller is composed of three parts: refrigeration system, oil circulation system and automatic control system. The refrigeration system uses imported fully enclosed refrigeration compressors, and the oil circulation system consists of oil pumps, pressure controllers, and oil pipelines. The automatic control system adopts an intelligent temperature controller and an electrical automatic control system. The whole machine has the advantages of easy operation, safe and reliable operation, and is an ideal liquid cooling machine.

The principle of hydraulic oil chiller:

When the compressor operates, the low-temperature and low-pressure gaseous refrigeration is converted into high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous refrigerant and enters the condenser. Part of the refrigeration heat in the condenser is discharged from the condenser by external cooling water or a cooling fan. The refrigerant releases heat and liquefies. It is a high-temperature and high-pressure liquid flowing out. After drying through the dry filter, it flows into the expansion valve for throttling and pressure reduction. The refrigerant liquefies into a low-temperature and low-pressure liquid and enters the evaporator for heat exchange. The low-temperature and low-pressure liquid refrigerant absorbs the surrounding medium outside the evaporator ( Oil) heat. During the heat absorption process, the refrigerant temperature remains unchanged and the volume changes. After absorbing heat, the low-temperature pressure hydraulic refrigerant vaporizes into low-temperature and low-pressure gaseous refrigerant and enters the compressor. After being compressed by the compressor, it is compressed into The high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous state enters the condenser, thereby realizing the entire process of the refrigeration cycle.
