Industrial Cooling & Heating Systems
Industrial cooling & heating systems have heating or cooling functions. According to the process requirements, users can choose the appropriate circulation pump and cooling power supply. If the customer has multiple temperature changes and unified heating requirements, it is recommended to use PLC to match the touch screen and communicate with the customer’s on-site system for centralized control.
The operation panel of industrial cooling & heating systems is controlled by PC circuit board or PLC. The control power supply voltage is 380V. The temperature control range can reach -120 ~ 350℃. The heat transfer medium usually uses thermal oil or water. The high-temperature circulation pump can select the pump power supply according to needs, and the heating power supply can be switched. The heating system uses independent flange stainless steel heating tubes to save energy and extend the life of the heating tubes. Industrial cooling & heating systems adopt stainless steel structure, which has small heat loss and uniform heating.
The control range of the cooling part of industrial cooling & heating systems can be determined according to the customer’s process requirements. The required temperature of the equipment can control the different temperatures of multiple surfaces and quickly circulate around the product forming process to improve production efficiency.
Industrial cooling & heating systems have complete safety protection functions, including automatic exhaust at startup, full power overcurrent fuseless circuit breaker, motor reverse protection indicator light, water shortage protection indicator light, oil shortage protection indicator light, pump overload protection, and pressure insufficiency protection. All protection, high voltage alarm function, abnormal alarm buzzer, low voltage alarm function.
