Industrial oil chiller is a refrigeration equipment produced in constant temperature cooling designs of hydraulic presses, hydraulic stations, forging presses, CNC machines, precision grinders, machining centers and various high-speed machinery. It mainly includes the cooling area of circulating lubricating oil, where mechanical equipment works in a high temperature environment or continues to work without shutting down.
It is mainly used for lubricating oil cooling systems of large mechanical equipment with circulating lubricating oil systems that work at high temperatures or continuously. It is also suitable for liquid cooling under other conditions.
The industrial oil chiller is a precision chiller controlled by a PID system, which achieves imported temperature regulator, imported high-temperature pump, high pressure, large flow, and optimal exchange efficiency. Choose high-efficiency electric heating tubes with long service life. The main control electrical and operating components in the machine are all imported famous brands. The replacement medium valve is easy to use, sturdy and has a protective rod.
Industrial oil chiller features and functions
1. Prevent changes in oil temperature from affecting the accuracy of operating the machine.
2. Prevent the deterioration of oil quality due to high temperature and heat, keep the oil viscosity unchanged, and ensure the stable operation of working machines.
3. Contains an automatic fault alarm function, which can promptly notify users to repair the equipment in a specific way to prevent damage to machine parts.
4. The oil temperature control is based on the gas temperature (room temperature). The user can set the oil temperature according to the gas temperature to prevent thermal deformation of the mechanical structure.
5. The immersion liquid cooling temperature adjustment device is not affected by impurity contamination, metal powder cutting, etc., and is simple to clean and easy to manage. Easy to install and takes up no space.
