Features of industrial recirculating chiller

● The principle of the refrigeration system adopts three-stage cascade refrigeration technology.

● The cooling method is air-cooled, which saves water.

● Compressor: It adopts brand semi-hermetic piston compressor with built-in midpoint protector, which is reliable in operation and long in service life. The wiring protection grade is IP54.

● Condenser: Air-cooled finned condenser is adopted, and oxygen-free red copper threaded tube is used inside, which has high heat exchange efficiency and small volume of heat exchanger; adopts the proprietary technology of intermediate expansion joint, and is easy to maintain.

● Evaporator and condensing evaporator: using fully brazed plate heat exchanger, compact structure, light weight, under the same heat transfer area, the weight is only equivalent to 20% to 30% of the shell and tube heat exchanger; plate Using 316L stainless steel sheet, the design temperature is -160～200℃.

● Drying filter: Danfoss series products are adopted, and the core body is 100% 3A molecular sieve, which has strong drying capacity and can ensure the safe and stable operation of the system.

● Expansion valve: Danfoss or Emerson detachable thermal expansion valve is used, which is composed of power head, valve core and flange. When maintaining or replacing the valve, it is not necessary to cut off the pipeline, which is convenient and quick; the superheat can be adjusted to ensure the long-term performance of the product Stability and reliability of operation.

● Circulation system of industrial recirculating chiller: The circulation pump adopts a low temperature resistant magnetic drive pump, and there is no leakage under low temperature conditions. A filter device is installed at the refrigerant filling port, which can effectively filter impurities and prevent the circulation pipeline from being blocked.

● Refrigerant: Environmentally friendly refrigerants R404A and R23 are used, which comply with relevant national regulations.

● Temperature control: PLC control system is adopted; Siemens 7-inch or 10-inch touch screen is used, which is easy to operate and reliable in system operation.

● Protection function of industrial recirculating chiller: it has compressor delay start, over-voltage, overload and over-current protection functions.
