The Jacketed Reactor Cooling System injects an appropriate amount of refrigerant, and the electrical appliance controls the operation of the compressor according to the needs of the environment to achieve the purpose of cooling and heat transfer.
According to its structure, Jacketed Reactor Cooling System can be divided into three types: piston type (or reciprocating type), rotary type (including screw type, rotor type and sliding type) and centrifugal type (or turbine type).
The parts that need to be lubricated in Jacketed Reactor Cooling System include piston and cylinder wall, connecting rod bearing bush and piston pin or crank pin, main journal and front and rear bearing bush, crankcase, shaft seal and valve, etc. In the screw chiller, there are rotating meshing parts of the male and female screws, sliding bearings before and after the screw, balance pistons for the transmission screw, etc. The components that need to be lubricated in the jacket cooling system of the centrifugal reactor include the speed increasing gear, the main bearing, the sealing surface of the shaft end, etc.
Jacketed Reactor Cooling System requires proper viscosity for oil performance. The viscosity of the refrigerator oil not only ensures the good lubricity of the friction surface of the moving parts, but also needs to take away part of the heat of the Jacketed Reactor Cooling System to play a sealing role. If the refrigerant used has great miscibility with the refrigerating machine oil, high-viscosity oil should be considered to overcome the effect of the lubricating oil being diluted by the refrigerant.
The mixture of refrigerating machine oil inside the Jacketed Reactor Cooling System will produce paraffin and other deposits, that is, paraffin and petroleum resin will condense before the cloud point of the oil is higher, and it will also block the pipeline between the cooling system adjustment mechanism and the refrigeration equipment, affecting the equipment heat exchange.
Therefore, the level of oil that does not dissolve in the Jacketed Reactor Cooling System should be checked, the lower the better. This inspection method can check whether the content of paraffins and possible resinous substances with different melting points in the oil meets the requirements.
The flocculation point of the Jacketed Reactor Cooling System is also a performance indicator, which is used to check that at a certain temperature, the paraffin wax precipitated in the mixture of oil and refrigerant may precipitate insoluble substances. The flocculation point of the oil in the Jacketed Reactor Cooling System must not be higher than the evaporation temperature of the evaporator.
