12 Ton Chiller

The 12 ton chiller is one of the chiller models. It cools the water at room temperature to a certain temperature through the compressor of the chiller to strengthen the cooling of the mold or machine. It is used as a stand-alone chiller. The cooling device is a built-in fan. There are mainly three interconnected System: Refrigerant circulation system, water circulation system, electrical automatic control system. The 12 ton chiller is small in size and easy to move. It is mainly used to cool the heating parts of the equipment and ensure the normal operation of the equipment at a constant temperature.

1. The compressor adopts a scroll type hermetic compressor and electric control components, and is equipped with a condenser and an evaporator made of high-quality copper tubes with high heat exchange efficiency;

2. Equipped with various safety protection devices, with stable performance, low noise, long service life and simple operation; LCD human-machine interface is adopted, which is simple and convenient to operate, and the operating status is clear at a glance;

3. The 12 ton chiller has a single compressor or multi-compressor combined refrigeration system. The compressors can automatically run alternately according to load changes, balancing the running hours of each compressor, achieving the effect of saving energy and extending the service life of the chiller. Facilitate energy regulation, more energy saving at partial load;

4. The box structure of the whole machine has beautiful appearance and compact structure, and can check the operation of the 12 ton chiller at any time; it can have its own water tank and circulating water pump according to the cooling capacity, without cooling tower and cooling water pump, and the installation and maintenance are simple and convenient.
