ultra low temperature refrigeration systems chiller and freezer is a technical device that can cool substances to very low temperatures. It mainly consists of a compressor, condenser, expansion valve, evaporator and other parts. The compressor is used to compress low-pressure gas into high-pressure gas. Through the cooling process, the high-temperature gas is cooled into liquid, and then expanded into low-temperature and low-pressure gas.

The working principle of ultra low temperature refrigeration systems chiller and freezer is based on the theory of thermodynamics, which uses energy transfer to reduce the temperature of high-temperature gas to a low temperature that meets the application requirements. In refrigeration devices, high-pressure refrigerants are generally used, and the work process can be divided into four steps:

Convert the refrigerant from liquid phase to gas phase, absorbing the heat of the substance and taking it away;

Compress the refrigerant and increase the temperature, turning the refrigerant into a high-temperature and high-pressure gas phase;

Release the heat in the high-temperature gas phase, allowing it to cool and condense into a liquid;

The liquid refrigerant expands to lower the temperature and complete the refrigeration process.
