Introduction to water chiller for distillation

Water chiller for distillation refers to a machine that uses distillation to prepare pure water. Can be divided into once and multiple distilled water. After water is distilled once, the non-volatile components remaining in the container are removed, and the volatile components enter the initial fraction of distilled water. Usually only the middle part of the fraction is collected, accounting for about 60%. To obtain purer water, add alkaline potassium permanganate solution to once-distilled water to remove organic matter and carbon dioxide; add non-volatile acid to turn ammonia into non-volatile ammonium salts. Since glass contains a small amount of water-soluble components, when performing secondary or multiple distillations, quartz distillation vessels must be used to obtain very pure water. The resulting pure water should be stored in quartz or silver containers.

How does water chiller for distillation works?

Boiling water and allowing it to evaporate, condense and recover requires a large amount of heat energy and the cost will not be too low. Other substances that evaporate when heated in the source water used to make distilled water will condense into the distilled water as the distilled water is generated, such as Phenols, benzene compounds, and even evaporable mercury that are harmful to health. In order to obtain pure water or ultrapure water, it must be distilled twice or three times and other purification methods must be added.
